Individual Counseling

Tracy takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that healing can occur on many levels – the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Therapy supports the client’s self-exploration in order to facilitate more integration and unfoldment at their own pace.. With the support of a contemplative and safe place, the approach to psychotherapy includes mindful and embodied self-discovery.

Tracy is compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental.  Sessions are one-on-one and are offered in an accepting environment. Each session is specifically geared to the client’s needs and lasts approximately one hour. Therapy can release stress by letting go of tensions, fears, destructive thought patterns and self-imposed limitations.

We have all received experiences from the past that may be manifesting now that have led us to self-defeating beliefs. Greater self-esteem and inner peace are created as the client gains more insight into life behaviors, feeling more connected to their inner self. The client and therapist, together, create a new window that encompasses both healthy psychological and emotional development helping the client take back control of their lives.

Services are covered by most health insurance plans.  If you have no 3rd party coverage, it is recognized as a health deduction on your income tax return.
