'Break free' from Binge-eating to lose weight permanently

Here’s the difficult truth:  Over 75% of women overeat because of emotions. Often weight loss uncovers new sets of problems and we can gain the weight back because we don’t know how to manage it.

Did you know that in June 2017, Time magazine researched that almost all of the Biggest Losers contestants gained their weight back?  All the support they received, the huge weight loss and, still, they gained it all back.  Why?

They didn’t understand the latest science and they didn’t learn the techniques to break free from the emotional connection to food.  Until you learn this deeper understanding, your efforts will usually be sabotaged by something deeper.  Current stats for weight loss failure is 95% because diets can’t work without learning to manage this deeper work.

Tracy is a very highly-trained specialist in this area and has led many workshops and groups helping hundreds of women to stop the cycle.  She has created this program based on the latest available material.   It works.   She will  give you the key philosophy and, most importantly, the experiential transformation that you absolutely need in order to change.

The program provides you with the tools and strategies; the great group support; and, the close one-on-one guidance with Tracy to finally start to break-free from the self-sabotaging patterns.  If you’ve tried to do this alone; instead, try our group — you’ll feel loved, safe and supported; and, most of all – create the changes you need.

Once you start to apply the guidelines and  integrate back into your right alignment, the weight begins to come off naturally without force and control.    This is a gentler, more loving way vs. restriction, self-hate and the inevitable ‘bounce back’ to binge eating.  And most importantly, you stop gaining the weight back!

About Tracy

Tracy has extensive experience in this area. She has worked in both inpatient & outpatient clinical settings as an eating-disorder therapist and assessment in-take counselor for the “Women’s Recovery Center for Eating Disorders” at Boulder Community Hospital, in Boulder, Colorado. Her Master’s dissertation in psychology focused on emotional eating and addiction.

She has worked for years in clinical practice with eating issues with hundreds of clients and has led numerous women’s groups for emotional over-eater’s in Ontario. She is highly qualified and trained to be teaching these courses.
